Kurtis Becker

Kurtis is a University of Hawaii graduate who has lived in both Hilo and Kona on the Big Island and began his professional career in real estate development, working for ten years as a construction project manager.  His extensive knowledge of construction and the building trades are invaluable resources for clients seeking to maximize their real estate investments.  Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent in Hawaii, Kurtis also worked as a marketing specialist for Realogy Corporation, the parent company of Coldwell Banker, the Corcoran Group, Century 21, and Sotheby’s Realty.

Based in Kailua-Kona, Kurtis has listed and sold properties around the Big Island including all along the Kona coast, Waikoloa and the Kohala resort areas, and on the Hilo side.  He has received numerous annual awards including “Rookie of the Year”, "10 Best Real Estate Agents in Hawaii for Client Satisfaction", and ranks in the top Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, International Diamond Society.
